This position is responsible for:
- all bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, monthly invoicing, preparing deposits
payroll, payroll administration, bank reconciliation and cash management).
- creation of monthly financial reports including business analysis such as budget preparation, cost reduction analysis and
reviews of operational performance in conjunction with the General Manager.
- general administration and keeping the Society in compliance with Government Agencies.
Must have an understanding of general office procedures
Proficient in Quickbooks
Work fluently in Microsoft Office/Outlook
Attention to detail/accuracy in data entry
Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Experience in the administration of an Agricultural Society an asset
